Term and Conditions

Term

The purpose is to stipulate the terms of use and related matters between BGROW BASKETBALL (hereinafter referred to as "BG")

The class time is a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the class time can be changed due to circumstances. (1 hour for U7 class)

BG specifically specifies the course, class hours, instructors, etc., and faithfully complies with them.

BG provides classes with one main coach, and one additional assistant coach is assigned to classes with more than 10 students. It is not possible to arbitrarily change the scheduled class time or coach. In inevitable cases (seminars, sick leave, overseas business trips, etc.) are notified in advance.

In addition, if the class is temporarily canceled or suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters or local gymnasiums, the student may request a refund for the class.

The maximum number of students in each class is 15, and when a waiting person occurs due to exceeding the number of students, the waiting order is observed.

BG is not responsible for injuries that occur during class.

The regular membership fee is 2,000,000 VND (including uniform + T-shirt).
Regular members training fee is 1,600,000 VND per month (4 times, 400,000 VND per session). 
Under 7 training fee is 1,200,000 VND per month(4 times, 300,000 VND per session)
Non-member training fee is 500.000 VND per session.

The shuttle bus fee is 300,000 VND (4 times) per month, and the maximum capacity is 14.
Shuttle bus is allocated mainly to regular members, and non-members can only use the service if there’s an available seat.

In the case of dropping out of the academy, the membership fee for regular membership is not refunded under any circumstances.

If more than three arrears are accumulated, warnings or withdrawals may be made according to consultation. If you withdraw, the regular membership fee will not be refunded.

11.

When ordering additional uniforms, the T-shirt for practice is 800,000 VND, 300,000 VND.

12.

Refunds for absences cannot be requested. However, regular members shall notify BB at least two days in
advance, and BG shall withhold absence once a month and conduct reinforcement classes.
Non-members cannot be refunded for absence and do not conduct reinforcement classes.

13.

BG's back number is a unique number and will be transferred to a new regular member upon withdrawal.

14.

If there is a long-term absence for more than one month, it must be notified in advance, and voluntary
withdrawal is possible for up to 8 weeks.
During the voluntary withdrawal period, tuition fees are exempted and unique numbers are maintained.

15.

BG may order the following students to withdraw.

•

A person who does not follow the coach's guidance and disturbs the internal order.

•

A person who interferes with the training session of other students due to poor behavior.

•

A person who leaves the class without the consent of the coaches.

•

A person who damages BG's facilities and assets.

16.

Covid rules and recommendation

•

BG follows government guidelines for the safety of students.

•

Hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies will be available in the facility.

•

Vaccination must be completed according to government standards.

•

Players are require washing and sanitizing their hands before touching any facility equipment.

•

BG staffs will ensure to sanitize the facility every after session

•

Do not attend training session if you are feeling ill or are presenting any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, trouble breathing, loss of taste/smell, etc.).
-Players who test positive (F0) or show symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, are required to isolate for 7 days and must submit a negative result on PCR test.
-F1 needs 5 days off and will need to monitor their symptoms, test on the fifth day following their last day of contact with the person who tested positive.

이용 약관

B GROW BASKETBALL (이하 "BG"라 칭한다)과 수강자 간의 이용조건 및 관련사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

수업시간은 총 1시간 30분이며 수업시간은 사정에 의하여 변경될 수 있다. (유아반은 1시간)

BG는 수업 과정, 수업시간, 강사 등을 구체적으로 명시하고 이를 성실히 준수한다.

BG는 메인코치 1명으로 수업을 제공하며, 10명 이상 수업에는 보조코치 1명을 추가배치 한다. 예정된 수업시간 또는 코치를 임의로 변경할 수 없다. 불가피한 경우 (세미나, 전지훈련, 해외 출장) 사전공지한다.

그 외 천재지변, 현지 체육관 등의 불가항력적인 이유로 임시 휴강하거나 수업이 중단되는 경우 수강자는 해당 수업에 대한 환불을 요구할 수 있다.

각 수업의 정원은 최대 15명이며 수강자 정원 초과로 인하여 대기자 발생 시, 대기 순번을 준수한다

BG는 수업 중 발생한 부상에 대해서는 책임지지 않는다.

정회원 가입비 2,000,000 VND (유니폼 + 티셔츠 포함) 이며,
정회원은 월(4회) 1,600,000 VND이다. (회당 400,000 VND)
7세 이하반은 월(4회) 1,200,000 VND이다. (회당 300,000 VND)
비회원은 가입비용 없이 1회 500.000 VND 이다.

차량 이용료는 월 300,000 VND (4회) 이며, 정원은 14명이다.
차량은 정회원 위주로 배차가 진행되며 정회원의 자리가 남을시 비회원은 이용할 수 있다.

중도 하차의 경우 정회원 가입비는 어떠한 경우에도 환불되지 않는다.

10.

연체 3회 이상 누적 시 협의에 따라 경고 혹은 탈퇴 될 수 있다. 탈퇴시 가입비는 환불되지 않는다.

11.

유니폼 추가 주문 시 800,000 VND 연습용 티셔츠 300,000 VND 이다.

12.

결석에 대한 환불은 요구할 수 없다. 단, 정회원은 최소 2일전까지 BG에게 통보하고 BB는 1달에 1회 결석을 유보하고 보강수업을 실시한다. 비회원은 결석은 환불이 불가하며 보강수업도 진행하지 않는다.

13.

BG의 백넘버는 고유번호이며 탈퇴시 신규 정회원에게 양도 된다.

14.

1달 이상 장기 부재 시 사전에 통보하여야 하며 최대 8주간 임의탈퇴가 가능하다.
임의탈퇴 기간 중에는 수강료가 면제되고 고유번호가 유지된다.

15.

BG는 다음 수강자에 대하여 탈퇴를 명할 수 있다.

•

코치의 교육지도에 따르지 않으며 내부의 질서를 문란하게 하는 자

•

품행이 불량하여 다른 수강자의 교육에 지장을 초래하는 자.

•

수업 중 코치진의 동의 없이 수업을 이탈하는 자

•

BG의 시설 및 자산을 훼손하는 자

16.

COVID 규칙 및 권장 사항

•

BG는 학생들의 안전을 위한 정부 지침을 따릅니다.

•

시설 내 손소독제 및 세정용품이 구비됩니다.

•

정부기준에 따라 백신 접종을 완료하여야 한다.

•

선수들은 시설 장비를 만지기 전에 손을 씻고 손소독제를 사용해야 한다.

•

BG는 수업후 후 시설, 수업도구를 소독 한다.

•

몸이 아프거나 COVID-19 증상이 있는 경우(열, 기침, 호흡곤란, 미각/냄새 상실 등)에는 교육에 참석하지 않는다.

•

예방접종 여부와 상관없이 양성(F0) 또는 증상이 있는 선수는 7일간 격리 조치하고 PCR 검사에서 음성 결과를 제출해야 함

•

F1은 5일간 휴가가 필요하며, 양성반응을 보인 사람과 접촉한 지 5일째 되는 날에 검사하여 증상을 관찰해야 합니다.
